Rental Terms and Conditions

50% Payment to secure booking.
|
|
2. |
Remaining balance payable 6 weeks prior to occupation.
|

3. |
Cancellation fee of 10% of total rental amount if
cancelled 6 weeks prior to occupation.
|
|
4. |
Cancellation fee of 50% of
total rental amount if cancelled 2-6 weeks
prior to occupation.

5. |
No refunds for cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to
occupation.

6. |
R1,500 refundable key/breakages deposit is also
required.

7. |
No pets allowed.

8. |
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy
